Many of our products are made to order using an on‑demand fulfillment process. This means items are produced after your order is placed rather than held in inventory.
We make every effort to accurately display product colors, designs, personalization placement, and details. However, variations may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, material textures, and production methods. Such variations are normal and are not considered defects.
We do not warrant that product appearance will exactly match on‑screen mockups.
All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice.
SECTION 3 - PERSONALIZATION & DESIGN PROOFS
For personalized items, you are responsible for ensuring all submitted details — including names, dates, initials, photos, and custom designs — are accurate and final at the time of submission.
If a design proof is provided, production will not begin until approval is received. Proofs are sent to confirm spelling, dates, image placement, and overall design layout.
Approval of a proof constitutes full authorization to proceed with production. Once approved, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Ziaemporium is not responsible for errors approved in proofs, including spelling mistakes, incorrect dates, low‑resolution images, or placement preferences.
SECTION 4 - ORDERS
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Because many products are made to order, cancellations, edits, or address changes may not be possible once production has begun.
Please review all order details carefully before submitting, including personalization details and shipping information.
Refunds or exchanges are not offered for buyer’s remorse, ordering errors, or personalization mistakes. Refunds or replacements are provided only if an item arrives damaged or with a verified manufacturing defect, in accordance with our Refund Policy.
SECTION 5 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. Posted prices do not include taxes or shipping unless stated.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.
SECTION 6 - PRODUCTION, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Production begins after order placement or proof approval (if applicable).
Estimated timelines:
• Non‑personalized items: Production begins shortly after order placement.
• Personalized items: Production begins only after proof approval.
Production times are estimates and may vary by product, order volume, and seasonal demand.
Once production is complete, orders ship via carriers such as FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control.
Title and risk of loss transfer to you once the order is released to the carrier.
SECTION 7 - CUSTOMER‑SUBMITTED CONTENT
By submitting photos, designs, or other content for personalization, you represent that you own the rights or have permission to use such content.
You grant Ziaemporium a limited license to use submitted content solely to fulfill your order.
We are not liable for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations resulting from customer‑submitted materials.
SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All store content — including designs, graphics, logos, product mockups, and branding — is the property of Ziaemporium and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute our designs without written permission.
SECTION 9 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third‑party tools (such as personalization apps) “as is” without warranties.

We reserve the right to submit proof of order approval, production records, shipment tracking, and communication history to dispute invalid chargebacks.
Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in refusal of future service.
