Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We are a small business that uses an on-demand fulfillment method. This means we don’t hold inventory, and most items are produced especially for you once your order is placed.

We do this to keep our costs low and quality high—so we can offer you meaningful, personalized items at the best possible price.

Because of this production process, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. We stand behind our products with a 100% conditional guarantee—if your order arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly provide a replacement or refund.

We do our best to display colors, designs, and placement as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings, printing processes, and material textures. These small differences are normal and are not considered defects or eligible for refunds.

Return Eligibility

Because products are made‑to‑order and unique, we cannot accept a return  simply due to a change of mind, wrong size, or wrong color. Returns and exchanges for these reasons are not supported.
 
However, if an item is damaged, has manufacturing defects, significant print quality issues, or is not as described, a free reprint or refund may be offered when the issue is reported within 24-48 hours of receiving your item. Submit videos and photos as proof.
 
Returns For Damage 

In cases where a product is defective or misprinted, replacements are shipped without requiring the original item be physically returned.
 
If you choose a refund instead of a reprint, the refund is issued back to the original  credit card you used to place the order.  
 
Refund Timing

Once a refund request is approved, the amount is typically credited to your original payment used for the order within 10 business days.

What To Do When Your Product Arrives Damaged

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the situation and make it right. Send us an email within 24-48 hours and include videos & photos for review to info@ziaemporium.com  Please include videos and photos of the packaging and the item so we can see the damage.
