Order Processing & Production
As soon as you place your order, your payment is processed and you’ll receive an order confirmation email.
If your item does not require personalization, it will be submitted for production shortly after your order is placed.
If you requested personalization, we will first send you a design proof to review and approve. Production will begin only after your approval is received, which may extend processing times slightly.
Production Time
Because our items are made to order, please allow several business days for production before shipment. Production times may vary by product and season.
Shipping & Delivery
Once production is complete, your order will ship via one of our trusted carrier partners, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS. Delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Please note:
- A signature is not required for delivery.
- We are unable to ship to PO Boxes at this time.
- Shipping carriers are responsible for delivery once your package leaves production.
Taxes
Applicable sales taxes may be charged depending on your shipping state and local regulations.
We appreciate your patience as your item is created especially for you. Made-to-order production allows us to maintain quality while offering meaningful, personalized products.
